While practicing on the research and writing skills we have to really think on the perspective of both governmental and humanity of the homelessness to solving the housing problem in the United State since homelessness is a very severe problem in 21st century America. One major issue, especially for West Coast urban centers, is that of excessive land values. We wrote this proposal based on the current situation of America and looking further on solve the problem with the possible method.
