This designed theatric was worked with both our classmates in UWB and the students from Alyssa Burnett Center which offers year-round classes and activities for adults, age 18 or older, with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. While playing the original part of this well-knowing fairy tale, we have also added in some interesting scenes to either mold a characteristic character or to have more communication with the audiences. It’s both a challenge for us to work with the ASD people and rewriting the scenes.
